Who has priority: The red car or the white car?
In the picture the white car receives a green signal. Why should he give priority to the red car even if his traffic lights say green?

Op de foto krijgt de witte auto een groen signaal. Waarom zou hij voorrang geven aan de rode auto, ook al staan zijn verkeerslichten op groen?

You MUST yield to oncoming traffic when turning left ...
BTW: this rule is consistent with priority from the right, as the red car appears to come from the right of the white car (when it turns)
