Is the driver of the red car allowed to overtake the green car on the left.
the question is same as the lesson lane, overtaking, number 3 only difference is it is yellow line

You have lo learn in the theory the difference between a yellow and a white line.
In this case the car is not allowed to overtake.

Yes, i understood after i posted the query. I misunderstood that white broken line needs to be considered as well. Infact, i should have only considered straight orange line.
