Suggested cycle lane

Hello,
When crossing/passing a car is it mandatory to use the suggested cycle line, or you’re just allowed to do so?

Legally suggested cycling lanes do not exist
They are part of the roadway they're painted on and must be treated as such.
You must keep to the right of the roadway, meaning you must normally drive ON the suggested cycling lane as wel.
