A lot of places in the centrum are 30kph. If they have you drive around the "Bloemenwijk"/Don Bosco (all flower names like Magnolialaan, Hortensiastraat, ...) for example. From the Glycinenplein, you should see the zone 30 sign. Definitely practice there, because the intersections and right of way can be tricky. Around the hospital is a good place to practice as well. Most side streets to the Parklaan will be zones 30 too. Sint-JansPlein is another area to be mindful of, depending on the time of day, because there is a school there. And of course around the shopping center. The streets even right in front of the shopping center entrance are places they might have you drive. No problem!
Brugsken is actually the name of a street, if I remember right. When you're coming FROM the exam center, follow the N16/Prins-Alexanderlaan to the roundabout, and go right to the N70, first exit on the roundabout. The first intersection you reach when you follow the N70, will be Brugsken on the left, Hertjen on the right.
They may also make you cross that intersection another way. For example, on my route, I followed Hertjen, because we were coming from the Fabiolapark. You'll reach the intersection with the N70. Across the N70, you have Brugsken. But be careful if this is the route they send you on, you MUST turn right onto the N70! See here: https://goo.gl/maps/gdf4bq1Q77jCs6VL8
In this situation, they wouldn't tell you to turn right, because if you read the signs you should figure out that it's the only way you can go.
What can be helpful is going for a drive at a calmer time of day so you can be relaxed and get familiar with the signs.
Oh, one more tip, if you're driving BACK to the exam center, be careful on Industriepark-Noord. You may reach an intersection where you could turn right to the E17 Antwerpen/Gent, but you'll be going straight. You have to give right of way to traffic coming from the right! Best to keep up your concentration until you're parked back at the exam center
Thank you so much for these tips , really appreciate it a lot because my exam will be pass 3pm, would be busiest because kids go out from schools, do i need to give way also in the rotonda (where is going to waasland) in and exit to the fietsers and pedestrian there?..and also i knew now where is that brugsken, that is one way not allowed to cross, about the last part you mention i check the google map but i can't figure out which street you mean, i haven't tried yet to drive going back to the exam center
