Can you please clarify the following:
Within a built up area, on a road with two or more lanes, is the driver allowed to drive on the left regardless of his direction? Question 12380 suggests that this is the case.

That is allowed:

- On a one-way street

- On the left of the 2 or more lanes going in the direction he's travelling, provided there's also at least 2 lanes going the other way

if this lane best suits the driver's destination
