Is this right?

The arrow you see here is a green filter arrow which indicates that the drivers who are already on the junction can drive safely to the left.

A. Correct.
B. False.

What is the correct answer?

Difficult if you don't provide the question's number ...

If you mean the sole green arrow across an intersection, it means oncoming traffic has a red light and you can clear the intersection
(given there aren't any red light runners ...)

However, it doesn't say anything about what light you or the drivers behind you have - and it doesn't apply only to those drivers who are already on the intersection - so that question will need to be improved GRO

Het gaat vermoedelijk over vraag 8332.

Sorry but that's a weird question ...

@Lejojohnny, the answer is FALSE
The green arrow indicates you're only allowed to turn left - but it doesn't say anything about oncoming traffic :!:

Remember there is NO official translation of the #wegcode in English

Using terms like "filter"arrow is more confusing than helping IMO
