Test in English

Hi
I am helping some colleagues prepare for the test. They have different nationalities (Italian, Colombian, Servian).
They went to take a test in Antwerpen last week but they all failed.
Why don't they get all questions in English and only a spoken translation?
The sound quality was not really good so that made it extra difficult for them to understand the questions.
Do you know a place in Belgium where they can take the test in English with questions written in English?
