Flanders Vs Wallonie speed limit

On exercise questions, it is instructed that since 1/1/17, the speed limit on ordinary roads in Flanders is 70 kph and in Wallonie it remains 90 kph. But I have just done a practice exam and it said that the speed limit was 90 kph in Flanders. Please clarify- which is correct? Dank u wel.
