Got this question in a mock test:
Give the most correct answer.
On a speed hump a driver of a car is not allowed to overtake…
A. ... a car on the left.
B. ... a car or a moped on the left.
C. ... a car, a moped or a cyclist on the left.
Per the theory lessons,
On a speed hump it is prohibited to overtake any vehicle on the left. (Also no cyclists nor mopeds) Don't forget: the maximum speed limit on a speed hump is 30kph.

So, the answer should be C, but the test says the answer is B. What is the right answer here?
Overtaking in a speed hump
Re: Overtaking in a speed hump
Again: changes in legislation ...
Overtaking any vehicle was forbidden on a speed hump - both on the left and on the right
But due to a change in legislation, overtaking ON THE LEFT of a drawn carriage, a motorvehicle, or any vehicle with more than 2 wheels is now forbidden on a speed hump.
A bicycle only has 2 wheels and isn't motorised, so you can overtake it ... but you can't overtake a pedal-trike or pedal go-cart
Due to the same change, overtaking on the right of ANY vehicle on a speed hump is now allowed in the conditions where overtaking on the right is allowed, or even mandatory.
