Questions 12360 and 8739 are the same with two different answers.
It's about level crossing with barriers and lights, but the lights are out.
In this case, overtaking a vehicle on the lift is permitted or not permitted?
Answer of 1230 is Yes.
Answer of 8739 is No.
Which one is correct?

Also 8739 has to be YES.
The lights are not working, but there are barriers.
