When do you have a ‘positive’ alcohol level?
A. Equal to 0,22 mg or more alcohol per litre exhaled alveolar air.
B. When more than 0,22 mg alcohol per litre exhaled alveolar air.
Read carefully in the book, when it's bewteen 0,22 to 0,35, it should be a A alram, over 0,35 or more -> P positive
However the answer is A...
Does anyone why know why?
Thanks!!!!
Question 8996 - problem with the answer
Re: Question 8996 - problem with the answer
The official terms "alarm" and "positive" are quite misleading and really ought to be changed by the G'ment.
You'll be over the legal limit with either result ...
But the duration of temporary suspension will vary, as will the fine and legal consequences
But it's indeed "alarm" from 0,22 mg/L exhaled air
And "positive" from 0,35
With these values to be precisised by breath analyser (or blood test).
