Zipping:
When a traffic lane ends in heavily delayed traffic (this is a condition) due to: reduction of lanes, road works, obstacles, accident.
First condition: there must be lanes.
Second condition: there must be a reduction in the number of (usable) lanes.
Third condition: there must be heavily delayed traffic.
((There are only 2 cars on the picture.))
