Question 11000

Bericht door shubham2000 »

For exam question 11000, there are 2 pictures.
The 1st picture shows a car turning to the right, and a pedestrian wanting to cross the road, however there is no zebra crossing.

The 2nd picture shows a car turning to the right and a pedestrian wanting to cross the road, however there is a zebra crossing.

Which picture does the pedestrian have precedence?

The pedestrian has precedence in both cases, as the car driver who turns to the right or to the left must give precedence to pedestrians who cross the road into which the car driver turns. This obligation is not dependant from the presence of a zebra crossing.
