Hi,
It is mentioned that when aged 15, the person is obliged to show identity card when asked by the other party. But isn't' that true for all ages? I mean if the person is older, then he/she can refuse to show it!

From the age of 15 onwards

That's what I thought, indeed from 15 onward. Cause in the book page 176 in just mentions age 15.
