Thank you for the reply.
So correct me if I'm wrong, then the residents which have the "residence card" do not need to follow the limited parking time (2 hrs and 30 min from Mon till end of Sat from 9 am to 6 pm). Basically their car can be parked there all the time.

Residents (= bewoners) can park there with the use of a 'resident card'.

Hi!
Assuming the “BEWONERS” label was not there, then the combination of signs would mean parking of vehicles with MAW of 3.5 tons as well as motorcycles is allowed but have to use the parking disk.
But in the picture what would the combination of signs with the addition of “BEWONERS” label mean?

Also would appreciate your comments for the question titled "Parking lights vs side-lights"
