Hi,
In the book , on pg 43 , it is said that cars are allowed on a cyclist street with lower priority and max speed is 30 kmph however on pg 73 it says "drivers who are allowed" without mentioning that the cars are allowed and sets the max speed to walking pace. Question is which one is the accurate speed limit

Side question : Is there a set definition of max speed limit for walking pace ?
