That's what I thought, indeed from 15 onward. Cause in the book page 176 in just mentions age 15.

From the age of 15 onwards

A requirement resulting from the legislation regarding the ID card rather than traffic laws.
You must carry your ID card from 15 years on

Hi,
It is mentioned that when aged 15, the person is obliged to show identity card when asked by the other party. But isn't' that true for all ages? I mean if the person is older, then he/she can refuse to show it!
