Als ik de vraagsteller goed begrijp gaat de examen vraag over een overweg met lichten (zonder slagbomen) en dan is het antwoord inderdaad neen.

Zijn lichten defect, maar er zijn wel open slagbomen, dan mag je zoals Inazuma schreef inhalen.

Yes

As there is a barrier, you're allowed to overtake

In Belgium, you'd either have the white light blinking or the red ones , when there is a barrier.

Ik zou verwachten dat het naar analogie met gewone verkeerslichten gaat:

Als de lichten niet werken hebben ze geen uitwerking, en is het alsof ze er niet staan.
:arrow: Dan gelden ook de uitzonderingen inzake inhalen niet, want die regelen er dan het verkeer niet meer


Maar de uitzondering op het inhaalverbod is er bij of lichten, of slagbomen (altijd icm lichten)
Dus defecte lichten maar slagbomen = toegelaten om in te halen

Al denk ik eigenlijk dat de slagboom naar beneden gaat als de lichten defect zijn (overweg in alarm)

Ik vind het een interessante vraag.
Stel, de bareel is open en stel er staan lichten. Maar het witgele licht is defect en knippert dus niet.
Moeten de lichten effectief ook werken om te mogen inhalen? Weet jij of daar al eens een uitspraak over is geweest?

If there are barriers, you'll also have lights anyway ...

If no lights are flashing,can we overtake a moped on a railway crossing??(I had this question,the traffic lights were the but it was not on).I dont remember wether there was a barrier or not.what if there are barriers,are we allowed to overtake(barriers and no traffic lights on)??
